At BYOMA®, we want you to love your barrier-boosting skincare, but if something isn't right, we offer returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept items in their original packaging with the security seal intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
